Poranne ulice przedmie\u015b\u0107 Kijowa nie r\u00f3\u017cni\u0105 si\u0119 niczym od zapracowanych arterii innych aglomeracji. Dopiero \u015bcis\u0142e centrum miasta nieomylnie przypomina o impasie politycznym, kt\u00f3ry sta\u0142 si\u0119 udzia\u0142em Ukrainy. G\u0142\u0119boko zakorzeniony konflikt wci\u0105\u017c trwa. Pa\u0144stwo reprezentowane przez prezydenta Janukowycza powoli wycofuje si\u0119 przed wspieranymi przez Zach\u00f3d si\u0142ami o zr\u00f3\u017cnicowanej proweniencji \u2013 od wiecowych libera\u0142\u00f3w, po zmilitaryzowany aktyw narodowosocjalistyczny.<\/p>\n

Dziwna wojna<\/strong><\/p>\n

Centrum Kijowa przypomina miasto frontowe. Jest to strefa, kt\u00f3ra znajduje si\u0119 ca\u0142kowicie poza jurysdykcj\u0105 pa\u0144stwow\u0105, o czym przypominaj\u0105 uliczne punkty kontrolne obsadzone przez opozycj\u0119. Pomi\u0119dzy wzg\u00f3rzami usypanymi z work\u00f3w wype\u0142nionych piaskiem, swoj\u0105 s\u0142u\u017cb\u0119 pe\u0142ni\u0105 wartownicy steruj\u0105cy ruchem. Wzg\u00f3rza zwie\u0144czone s\u0105 czerwono-czarnymi sztandarami ukrai\u0144skiego nacjonalizmu i zosta\u0142y wzniesione na wszystkich rogatkach przej\u0119tego obszaru miasta. Tymczasem pa\u0144stwowe formacje mundurowe s\u0105 obecnie ca\u0142kowicie niewidoczne – najwyra\u017aniej zosta\u0142y celowo wycofane ze strefy rewolucyjnej, co jednak na pierwszy rzut oka wygl\u0105da na ich pe\u0142n\u0105 kapitulacj\u0119. Dostrzegamy jedynie kilku funkcjonariuszy \u201eBerkutu\u201d \u015bci\u015bni\u0119tych w bramie pa\u0142acu prezydenckiego, oraz milicjanta pilnuj\u0105cego wej\u015bcia przed niezbyt gwarn\u0105 siedzib\u0105 Partii Region\u00f3w.<\/p>\n

Tymczasem na Placu Niezale\u017cno\u015bci, zwanym u nas z ukrai\u0144ska \u201eMajdanem\u201d, a tak\u017ce w jego szeroko pojmowanym s\u0105siedztwie, sytuacj\u0119 wydaje si\u0119 ca\u0142kowicie kontrolowa\u0107 umundurowana milicja nacjonalist\u00f3w, z wyra\u017an\u0105 s\u0142abo\u015bci\u0105 do kamufla\u017cu niemieckiego typu Flecktarn, uzbrojona w koktajle Mo\u0142otowa, kije bejsbolowe, tarcze, pa\u0142ki wzmacniane metalowymi okuciami, karabiny pneumatyczne i granaty hukowe. M\u0142odzi rekruci bior\u0105 udzia\u0142 w warsztatach odbywaj\u0105cych si\u0119 na \u015bwie\u017cym powietrzu, gdzie pod okiem instruktor\u00f3w ucz\u0105 si\u0119 pa\u0142owa\u0107 milicj\u0119. Ten, kto ogl\u0105da\u0142 zamieszki, wie, i\u017c nie jest to tylko pusta przechwa\u0142ka. Nacjonali\u015bci ucz\u0105 si\u0119 walczy\u0107 w formacji, taktycznie wycofywa\u0107 si\u0119 pod os\u0142on\u0105 szeregu tarcz, oraz skutecznie kontratakowa\u0107. Ukrai\u0144skie s\u0142u\u017cby pa\u0144stwowe, kt\u00f3re mog\u0142yby mie\u0107 chocia\u017c nie\u015bmia\u0142e pretensje wobec tego typu jawnych warsztat\u00f3w spo\u0142ecznych w centrum stolicy, nie reaguj\u0105. W centrum Kijowa panuje spok\u00f3j, ale to ju\u017c nie jest ich ziemia.<\/p>\n

Szturm na instytucje<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nacjonali\u015bci ukrai\u0144scy w walce o w\u0142adz\u0119 realizuj\u0105 drog\u0119 rewolucyjn\u0105, w dos\u0142ownym tego s\u0142owa znaczeniu. Ich taktyka polega na \u201eleninowskim\u201d atakowaniu terenowych struktur administracji pa\u0144stwowej, a nast\u0119pnie ich przejmowaniu i tworzeniu tam swoich sztab\u00f3w. R\u00f3wnie\u017c w samej stolicy Ukrainy cz\u0119\u015b\u0107 urz\u0119d\u00f3w znajduje si\u0119 obecnie pod kontrol\u0105 narodowych rewolucjonist\u00f3w. Taki los spotka\u0142 Kijowsk\u0105 Rad\u0119 Miejsk\u0105, gdzie po przymusowej eksmisji radnych, sw\u00f3j komitet utworzy\u0142a nacjonalistyczna partia \u201eSwoboda\u201d.<\/p>\n

Z gmachu Rady spogl\u0105da na nas portret Tarasa Szewczenki w rysunkowej stylizacji graficznej. Przed wej\u015bciem wartownicy dokonuj\u0105 kontroli dokument\u00f3w, jednak sam widok polskiego paszportu dzia\u0142a niczym przepustka. Narodowa rewolucja za obce pieni\u0105dze<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dzienny kosztorys rewolucji jest zatrwa\u017caj\u0105cy. Strefa kontrolowana przez opozycj\u0119 przypomina miejscami sprawnie zarz\u0105dzan\u0105 powsta\u0144cz\u0105 fortec\u0119. Ulice prowadz\u0105ce koncentrycznie z eksterioru ku obszarowi kontrolowanemu przez rebeliant\u00f3w, zosta\u0142y umocnione barykadami, si\u0119gaj\u0105cymi niekiedy na wysoko\u015b\u0107 drugiego pi\u0119tra. Zdobi\u0105 je ukrai\u0144skie flagi narodowe, sztandary nacjonalist\u00f3w, emblematy partyjne, symbole bia\u0142oruskiej opozycji, druty kolczaste, pr\u0119ty \u017celbetonowych zbroje\u0144. Nie brakuje te\u017c flag unijnych i ameryka\u0144skich, a tak\u017ce barw rebeliant\u00f3w syryjskich i czecze\u0144skich. Wewn\u0119trzny obszar rewolucyjny r\u00f3wnie\u017c jest poprzecinany barykadami, pomi\u0119dzy kt\u00f3rymi rozlokowane s\u0105 wojskowe namioty, gdzie nocuj\u0105 setki ludzi. Nad Placem Niezale\u017cno\u015bci unosi si\u0119 zapach palonego drewna, kt\u00f3ry wydobywa si\u0119 z kuchni polowych rozmieszczonych co kilkadziesi\u0105t metr\u00f3w. Pe\u0142ne werwy zawo\u0142anie nacjonalist\u00f3w, si\u0119gaj\u0105ce swymi korzeniami czas\u00f3w OUN, przyci\u0105ga dzi\u015b m\u0142odych Ukrai\u0144c\u00f3w jak magnes. Atmosferze zbiorowo\u015bci dali si\u0119 ponie\u015b\u0107 nawet polscy politycy neokonserwatywni, cho\u0107 w ich ustach zawo\u0142anie epigon\u00f3w UPA wybrzmiewa\u0142o szczeg\u00f3lnie perwersyjnie. Nie tylko dlatego, \u017ce kiedy\u015b pozdrawiali si\u0119 nim sprawcy okrutnego ludob\u00f3jstwa Polak\u00f3w na Wo\u0142yniu, ale tak\u017ce z uwagi na to, i\u017c obecnie jest to has\u0142o ukrai\u0144skich idealist\u00f3w, zawo\u0142anie, kt\u00f3rym cyniczni politycy wycieraj\u0105 swoje k\u0142amliwe usta. R\u00f3wnie\u017c ci ukrai\u0144scy, a mo\u017ce przede wszystkim oni. Niezale\u017cnie od \u017ar\u00f3de\u0142 finansowania i geopolitycznego kontekstu, rewolucja przyci\u0105gn\u0119\u0142a te\u017c ludzi, kt\u00f3rzy pragn\u0105 autentycznego oczyszczenia swojego kraju z pod\u0142o\u015bci, fa\u0142szu i brudu. Na manowce prowadz\u0105 ich jednak liderzy rewolucji, b\u0119d\u0105cy de facto lokajami obcych mocarstw, a tak\u017ce zgubne elementy aksjologii ukrai\u0144skiego nacjonalizmu, takie jak szowinizm i nieprzejednana nienawi\u015b\u0107 do niemal\u017ce wszystkich s\u0105siednich narod\u00f3w. Obecnie na Placu Niezale\u017cno\u015bci akcentuje si\u0119 przede wszystkim niech\u0119\u0107 do Rosji, co wynika z immanentnego poczucia zagro\u017cenia ze strony Moskwy, natomiast celowo zapomina si\u0119 o \u201eproblemie polskim\u201d, co zbie\u017cne jest ze wsparciem Warszawy dla d\u0105\u017ce\u0144 ukrai\u0144skiej opozycji. Reinterpretacja neobanderyzmu wci\u0105\u017c jest jednak zjawiskiem powierzchownym, fasadowym, o czym powinni pami\u0119ta\u0107 zar\u00f3wno establishmentowi decydenci, jak i neokonserwatywni dysydenci w Polsce, kt\u00f3rzy bezrefleksyjnie wspieraj\u0105 opozycj\u0119 w jednym szeregu z odleg\u0142ym Waszyngtonem i Bruksel\u0105, pomijaj\u0105c niewygodne dla siebie w\u0105tki rewolucji.<\/p>\n

Bartosz Bekier: Red and black – report from Ukraine<\/h2>\n

The morning streets of the suburbs of Kyiv does not differ from the busy thoroughfare of other cities. Only the very center of the city unmistakably reminds of the political impasse that has become the life of Ukraine. Deep -rooted conflict continues. State represented by President Yanukovych slowly withdraws against forces of varied provenance supported by the West\u00a0 – from rally liberals to militarized national-socialist activists.<\/p>\n

Strange war<\/strong><\/p>\n

The center of Kyiv city resembles the frontlines. This is an area which is completely outside the jurisdiction of the state, with street checkpoints manned by the opposition. Between the hills mounded with bags filled with sand, guards are on their duty, performing traffic control. The hills are topped with red-and- black banners of Ukrainian nationalism and were erected on the outskirts of all the acquired area of the city. Meanwhile, the state uniformed formations are now completely invisible – apparently were deliberately withdrawn from the revolutionary zone, but at first glance it looks like their complete surrender. We see only a few officers of „Berkut” squeezed into the gate of the presidential palace, and a policeman on guard at the entrance to not very lively seat of the Party of Regions.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, on the Independence Square, or so-called „Majdan” in Ukrainian, and in its widely understood\u00a0 neighborhood, the situation seems to be completely under control of the uniformed nationalist militias, with a distinct fondness for the type of German Flecktarn camouflage, armed with Molotov cocktails, baseball bats, shields, batons reinforced with metal fittings, air guns and stun grenades. Young recruits take part in classes held in the open air , where instructors teach them how to beat state militia. Anyone who watched the riots knows that this is not just an empty boast . Nationalists learn how to fight in formation, how to do a tactical retreat under the cover of a number of shields and how to effectively counterattack. Ukrainian state services , which could have even timid pretensions to such overt social classes in the center of the capital, do not respond. In the center of Kyiv everything is calm , but that is not their land.<\/p>\n

Storming the institutions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ukrainian nationalists in the struggle for power went a revolutionary way, in the literal sense of the word. Their tactic is „Leninist”: attacking field structures of government, then after their acquisitions to create there their own headquarters. Hence in the capital of Ukraine part of the offices is now under the control of national revolutionaries. This was the fate of Kyiv City Council, where after the forced eviction of councilors, the committee of the nationalist party „Swoboda” was formed.<\/p>\n

From the building of the Council looks down at us portrait of Taras Shevchenko, drawn in a cartoonish style. Before entering the sentries shall check the documents, but the mere sight of a Polish passport acts as a pass. The guards outside give impression of the „folk militia”, with their fur hats and colorful, ortalion pants, but inside the building we immediately encounter a uniformed nationalist battalion. At their military uniforms and tactical vests we see „Black Sun” emblems, along with symbols of neo-banderism. Building of the council-chamber was transformed into something between a Greek-Catholic temple, the altar of Stiepan Bandera and a revolutionary headquarters for the management of revolutionary territory. In the rows of chairs supporters pray for a succes of revolution, and by the way they can get a little warm. At long benches arranged against the wall uniformed staff officers in balaclavas are working. Between them sneaks a Greek-Catholic priest in a German military jacket over a black habit. Rostrum was transformed into an altar, dominated by the large portrait of Bandera.<\/p>\n

Buildings occupied by the rebels are connected to the internal network with cables, making it easy to contact and harder to interrupt. Cables are installed up to date and discreetly pulled through the walls , and hung over the streets. Someone is constantly working at computer stations, messages are collected from the area, the situation is also monitored via the Internet. Ukrainian nationalists squads operating in the streets keep in touch via walkie-talkie.<\/p>\n

National Revolution for foreign money<\/strong><\/p>\n

Daily estimated cost of this revolution is alarming. Zone governed by the opposition looks like well managed insurgent stronghold. The streets leading from exterior concentrically towards the area controlled by the rebels have been strengthened by barricades, sometimes reaching a height of the second floor. They are decorated with the Ukrainian national flags, banners of nationalist party emblems, symbols of the Belarusian opposition, barbed wire and reinforcement bars. There are also flags of EU and U.S., as well as the colors of the Syrian rebels and Chechen. Banner of neoconservatis „Polish Gazette” hangs next to a tent with painted inscription „UPA” , in front of a portrait of Bandera.<\/p>\n

The internal area is also traversed by the revolutionary barricades, between which are deployed military tents, where hundreds of people are accommodated. Over the Independence Square there is a smell of burnt wood, which comes out of the field kitchens spaced every few meters. In the menu , among others. borsch, pancakes with cottage cheese, cooked porridge. Not disturbed by anyone, supply trucks are delivering constantly : tons of food, wood, tires. The last land on the barricades and rearguard warehouses, in case it is necessary to organize again a wall of fire, as barriers against the formation of Berkut units. Extensive sanitary facilities are supported by water tanks. Rally scene is constantly running too, with a large TV screen. Some people on duty, guards, drivers, and others squating on Independence Square are paid regular salaries. The names of sponsors appear sometimes on leaflets distributed on the barricades and the kitchens, where you can find logos, among others, of EU Party of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe, belonging to the International Liberals. Other sponsors can only be guessed, taking into account the common rallies leader of the „Swoboda” with John McCain, and appearing here and there, American flags in the vicinity of logistics facilities<\/p>\n

Hail to the Ukraine – hail to the heroes!<\/strong><\/p>\n

This spirited call of nationalists, dating back to the times of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army, today attracts young Ukrainians like a magnet. Atmosphere of community gives in even to Polish neoconservative politicians, although in their mouth call of epigones of UPA sounds particularly perverse. Not only is that once it was greeting of cruel perpetrators of genocide of Poles in Volhynia, but also due to the fact that it is currently slogan of Ukrainian idealists, cue with which cynical politicians wipe their deceitful lips. Also those Ukrainian, and maybe them above all. Regardless of the source of funding and geopolitical context, the revolution also attracted people who want an authentic cleansing their country of wickedness, deceit , and dirt. Leading them astray, however, are the leaders of the revolution, the de facto butlers of foreign powers, and the pernicious elements of axiology of Ukrainian nationalism , such as chauvinism and implacable hatred of almost all the neighboring nations. Currently, Independence Square emphasis primarily dislike of Russia, due to the immanent sense of threat from Moscow, while deliberately forgets about the „Polish problem” , which is consistent with support from Warsaw for the Ukrainian opposition. Reinterpretation of neobanderism is still, however, a superficial phenomenon, facade, what should bear in mind both the establishment decidents and neo-conservative dissidents in Poland, who mindlessly support the opposition in a line with distant Washington and Brussels, ignoring threads revolution inconvenient for them.<\/p>\n
